New $31.6 million residential subdivision in Sydney’s west

A new $31.6 million residential subdivision at Potts Hill  has been approved. According to New South Wales Planning Minister Tony Kelly, the subdivision will deliver 450 new homes to Sydney's west. The subdivision is close to Birrong Railway Station and two state high schools and will see the construction of four separate parks, new roads, cycle ways and public domain facilities. "These homes will be delivered through a 10-day checklist style approval, without the need for a development application to be lodged with council, saving homeowners valuable time and thousands of dollars."
